    Vision & Mission

    We envision a Hamilton County where all residents have a fair chance at a healthy future—free from nicotine addiction. Our mission is to mobilize the community and advance local policies that will help end nicotine addiction, protect children, and improve public health for generations to come.

    Tobacco Free Hamilton typically meets every 3 months. Meetings are open to the public, and guests are welcome! Our next meeting is May 21st, 2025 at 5:30PM. It will be at the White Springs Library. You can also join virtually. Here is the link: Partnership meeting

    Local initiatives supported by the Tobacco Free Hamilton include those intended to:

    • Stop illegal tobacco and vape product sales and predatory marketing practices.
    • Ensure K-12 school policies related to tobacco are comprehensive and effective.
    • Protect residents and visitors from exposure to secondhand smoke & vapor in our public parks.

  • YOUTH ADVOCACY

    Students Working Against Tobacco (SWAT) mobilizes and equips youth to protect their generation from the tobacco and vaping industries. Hamilton County SWAT members build leadership skills and plan activities to help raise awareness and support for policies that benefit the community.
